This past weekend I got a chance to visit a long time friend and her first son to celebrate his first birthday! I really enjoyed spending the whole weekend with the whole family, but I especially enjoyed watching their son show off his skills, being cute, making messes, playing with him and generally experiencing him being a one year old. Of course, I took a fair number of photos :) These are from a breakfast of homemade waffles and orange juice, which he enjoyed as well in his own ways!
